We present you the innovative mobile building material manufacturing miniplant. The project was made possible thanks to the grant from the international bank for reconstruction and development and the consortium of kazakh-british technical university, ideal systems production company and recon group. The patented production line was successfully tested and demonstrared its high efficiency. To date, 50+ buildings have been constructed using our building blocks.

We perceive construction companies as the main customer of the mobile miniplant. Our solution will make it possible to solve several major tasks faced by developer: fast delivery of the plant to the construction site and setting up the production line, as well as abandonment of costly logistics of finished building materials and warehouse space. Changeable molds ensure the production of IDEAL building blocks, paving slabs, wall stones and kerbstone.

All this will make it possible to obtain ready-made building materials basically at their prime cost directly on site. High productivity coupled with no overhead costs will guarantee a high payback rate of the mobile miniplant, reduce construction time and per square meter price. The plant lifespan exceeds 7 years.
